Who am I?
Over the past 7 years I've been deeply involved in and around the world of Short Term Rentals.
From operationally managing 600 short-let units at Lavanda, to now running my own rapidly scaling Short Term Rental management business Bloqq.

I'm a numbers guy, and I specialise in Deal Assessment. I now help Investors financially assess sites to understand viability + rental returns.

What are Short-Term Rentals?
A definition: Listing your property on sites such as Airbnb and book.com and hosting guests for a few nights to a few weeks.
Short lets have become an increasingly popular revenue strategy for property investors in the UK over the past 10 years. Unlike traditional long-term lets, they offer the flexibility to capitalise on peak travel seasons and cater to a wider range of guests. They more often than not also resulting in much higher yields vs. long lets.
By offering a personalised and unique accommodation experience, short-term rentals can attract premium nightly rates. This makes them an attractive option for investors looking to maximize the returns on their real estate investments.
